Dynamic artist and educator, Mikaela Romero, presents an afternoon of song featuring select students from her private teaching studio (www.mikaelaromero.com)! All are welcome to attend and support these budding singers, who will be accompanied by Kacey Evans (www.kaceyevans.com) on keys and Aaron Walker-Loud (www.bigworldbreaks.com) on drums. 

Mikaela Romero is known for performing a diverse repertoire of Latin music, as well as rock, R&B, blues, jazz and hip-hop. Mikaela is a core member of production company Big World Breaks and a member of the vibrant dance company Tudo Beleza (www.tudobeleza.com). She studied opera at Cornish College of the Arts but changed her focus to Jazz and Latin music under the guidance of her mentor Jovino Santos-Neto, a two time Latin Grammy nominee. Mikaela has been teaching individual and group courses in the Seattle area since 2007; offering a versatile menu of voice, guitar, theory, composition, cello and piano.
