Soul Moon Rising is a Seattle-based band that started in 2015.  We focus on Music that's got a groove, our unique mix of Bluesy/Funky/Jazzy/Gospel and more.  The band was formed by Cheri Neill, professional keyboardist and songwriter, and it features outrageous vocalists Becky Thatcher, Emily Downward and Mary Van Zante, with the one and only Michael Ludwig on bass/guitar and Jai Howard on drums.  Mr. Lee Weissberg is on Harmonica.  Matt Corey joins us with vocals and congas from time to time, and Norm Bowler brings great guitar to complete the sound.  Our goal is to bring a smile to our audiences and have fun creating our own arrangements of loved tunes as well as our originals.  Michael Ludwig, Mary Van Zante, Becky Thatcher and Norm Bowler are seasoned songwriters too.  We each do Music independently as well as together.  We are in process of creating our own website, soulmoonrising.com   In the meantime, for more information about us, contact Cheri at SpiritVisionMusic@gmail.com
