Seattle musician and recording artist Tom Melancon's songs are warm and intimate.  Thoughtful, poetic lyrics sung with heart and soul float easily over strong acoustic guitar rhythms.  Writing and performing Alt-Country and Folk/Rock songs is Melancon's (pronounced Mehlawnsun) passion.  After years as a rock bassist, he's stepped into the light as a solo performer.  Drawing on a dark past with a wry sense of humor, Tom's sincere songs are rich and earthy.  The understated magic of the words and melody will draw you in and bring you back to treasured memories of longing and love.
