Sara Neal with Claire McHale

Sara Neal is a singer-songwriter from Seattle, WA, who moved to New York City in 2015 to attend The New School, and has turned her experiences into a sonic timeline through her series of albums titled “Book of Dreams,” “Book of Voices,” and most recently, "Book of Entropy." While she was originally interested in solely composition, she started performing around a year ago, with her first show at a Laundry Mat in Brooklyn, and decided to try out performance. She's slowly worked her way up, and recently headlined at the Cutting Room in November. This past summer, she worked with Major Stage as a performing artist, and has most recently performed at DROM, The Delancey, and Bowery Electric with her band, and Berlin as a soloist. She has also been working with Stew Stewert on composition and management since April. Sara is so excited to finally be playing a show in her home city and is joined by Aaron Kawaguchi.

Claire McHale is an up and coming singer songwriter based in her hometown of Seattle Washington. Her music is a blend of edgy, acoustic, haunting melodies mixed with a raw, soulful voice like no other. She released her first single Closer to Home in August of 2015 and jumped right into her next project shortly after, recording her first full length album titled Bones in 2016. Summer Rain is her second full length album and the first album in which she composed, recorded, mixed and mastered all the songs herself. Claire McHale has played in numerous venues such as The Vera Project, North City Bistro, Tulas, The Rendezvous, The Royal Room and has plans to perform in many more venues to come. Claire McHale has a unique voice and musical style and is definitely someone to watch in the years to come.
