5 Feet Up is a jazz quintet of young musicians coming from the Seattle area’s successful high school jazz programs. Bell Thompson will be returning from Temple University in Philadelphia, where she studies jazz performance, and Marco Thompson will be returning from Whitman college. We play fresh takes on standards, with original arrangements and compositions. Having previously played on KNKX, we are thrilled to show more of our work to a greater audience.
