Drea & the Marilyns was formed by a group of expatriates all over the world who met smack-dab in South Korea's bellybutton, Daejeon. Being teachers in a foreign country, we were all there for our own reasons: experience, money, love, comfort-ability, however our time was shorten when Drea had to return back to the golden coast of California. Drea relocated to Seattle, Wa.

Carly Martin is a 22 year old from Seattle, WA. She likes to think she's really friggin funny. Who does she think she is?! Her primary genre is satire, most often to the point of self-deprecation. So, basically, if you can sit down and enjoy a cocktail while you enjoy her music, you'll have a grand old time.Think of her music as, like, r-Rated cotton candy. Or something.

ALINA TURNIPSEED

Russian-Israeli vocalist Alina sparks memories of classic jazz and blues singers, which she layers with R&B, funk, and rock elements to create her unique voice. Influenced by Etta James, Stevie Wonder, and Sarah Vaughan, she carries on their tradition as well as staying fresh and innovative, which she maintains through exploring new cultures around the world.

Her travels in south America and Europe, as well as her middle eastern background, lend a distinct flavor to her sound and style. Alina is a graduate of Cornish College of the Arts, where she studied with Johnaye Kendrick, and collaborated with the top musicians in the northwest.
