RED LIGHT CHALLENGE

Red Light Challenge is a pop rock band made up of two high-energy, multi-instrumental brothers from Hawaii. Brothers Sean (27) and Kyle (22) Luster were born and raised on the island of Oahu, both graduated as valedictorian of their class, and have been playing music together for fun since they were kids. Although the band typically consists of two core members, they continue to create huge soundscapes both live and in the studio using their love for songwriting and their high-energy attitudes. The brothers have developed a unique sound coming from Hawaii, while being able to incorporate catchy Pop melodies, multi-part harmonies, R&B grooves, and Rock sensibilities into their music.

The brothers from Red Light Challenge pride themselves on consistently delivering memorable live shows with songs that audiences can move to. Both their electric and acoustic sets always contain dozens of original songs and a wide range of original takes on cover songs by artists such as The Beatles, Imagine Dragons, Bruno Mars, and many more. In addition to performing and recording, the band created and put on multiple events for “Red Light Challenge, Green Light Go”, a fun, student-interactive assembly program that empowers students to achieve their goals.

TOM BUTLER

Nobody can accuse Tom Butler of taking the easy route. After picking up his first guitar at 14, he soon made his move from Seattle to London, where he crafted his heart-felt sound over four years whilst holding down a full-time job.

The result? A story-telling musician who combines the big catchy choruses of The Lumineers with the authentically written ballads of John Mayer. It’s then delivered with a killer live performance that packs a real emotional punch.

Years later his hard work is finally starting to pay off. His debut EP ‘On the Line’ had a successful radio re-release in October 2014, and he received a PRS for Music Songwriting Prize. In 2015 Tom performed at several prestigious events including the BRIT Awards, Feast of St George's at Trafalgar Square in London and Glastonbury Festival on the PRS for Music VIP Stage. Tom was also featured Canadian Music Week, Greenbelt Festival and International Pop Overthrow (Liverpool).

In 2016 he has performed showcases for BRITsWeek and Metropolis Studios. He is currently recording his debut album due to be released later this year. Watch out for Tom Butler – it’s a name you’re going to start hearing again and again.
